This is an excellent aromatic herb used in soups, salads and omlettes. This particular variety is known for its dark purple foliage making it a beautiful garden specimen. Basil is also a good growing companion to tomatoes.
Annual growing to approx 45cm
Sow Au-Sp warm areas, Sp-Su cooler areas
Prefers a sunny position, sow 5mm, germinates 10-14days
Harvest Throughout the Summer as required
