  • We offer Free Express Shipping on all Australian orders!
  • We make every effort to ensure all orders received before 2 pm AEST are shipped same day.
  • All Orders are shipped out of our Sydney (Castle Hill) Warehouse Orders placed on a weekend or Public Holiday (NSW) will not be processed until the next business day.
  • If your order is placed after 2 pm on a business day, it will be dispatched the following business day.
  • Syntricate ship to PO BOXES & Australia Post Parcel Lockers.

Change of Mind Returns:

  • All products come with a 14-day change of mind policy.
  • Items must be received in original condition - unused, with all tags still attached, Factory Seal Not Tampered, and in the original retail packaging which must be in the original conditions.
