Designed with performance and durability in mind the Benriner Vertical Turning Slicer is constructed in Japan and the blades are the highest grade Japanese stainless steel . Using only food safe and BPAfree materials it features adjustable slicing thickness of 1mm ndash 4mm. Easy to clean the interchangeable blades rinse clean under water and an instruction booklet is included. Place food to be sliced or julienned on the platform then wind the crank down smoothly for perfectly even results.
