The Benro T980EX Photo and Video Tripod with pan & tilt video head offer a fluid movement for more shooting possibilities. It features a centre column hook for multiple applications as well as a universal anti-slip horseshoe footpad. This tripod can carry up to 5kg of payload and can expand up to a maximum height of 169 cm down to a minimum of 62 cm while it can be kept to a folded length of 67.5 cm, just right to travel with its carrying case. This Tripod comes in 5 leg sections with smooth friction adjustment for tilt & pan, separate pan lock, and a +90° to -90° pan and tilts video head.

All digiDirect parcels require a signature upon delivery. An "Authority to Leave" will not be accepted under any circumstances. However, If you are not in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card and your parcel will be returned to your local post office for collection. Government recognised photo I.D. displaying your address must be presented along with your "Attempted Delivery" card upon pick up.

- We do not deliver to PO Box addresses or Parcel Lockers.
According to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Please keep this is mind and purchase with care, as we can not guarantee to accept your change of mind return request.
However, you may still be entitled to a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

When submitting a return after speaking to one of our customer support team members, please make sure to include ALL original packaging, contents etc.
Depending on the situation and if the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt or email order confirmation.
