Shipping Details

We charge a flat rate charge of $9.95 Australia wide. If your order totals more than $65, we offer free shipping. Express shipping is also optional. You can select this option when you check out. We use Startrack for all of our shipping requirements in Australia. This provides a fast and secure way of shipping our products to you. Each order can be tracked, no matter where it is in Australia, eliminating any chance of lost packages. They offer a door to door service which makes sure your order finishes with the correct person. All packages will require a signature to receive them so please include a delivery address that makes sure someone can receive it during business hours. Due to this we cannot send to PO Boxes. If no one is there to receive the parcel, Startrack will leave a card and a call can be made to make an alternative time to re-deliver. There are certain remote locations through out Australia that we cannot deliver to. If you are unsure or believe that this may be you, please email us prior to placing your order so that we can confirm for you if delivery is possible. If we do not have enough stock on hand when you place your order, we will wait for your order to be complete before sending it. You will be notified of this as soon as possible. You can choose to have your part order sent to you but you will be required to pay for the postage on the rest of the order once it becomes available.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
