This is what I was looking for. I needed an air mattress which can be manually inflated with a battery operated pump without requiring 240VAC access for an inbuilt pump. Most mattresses come with an inbuilt 240V pump. Two problems with this, one is long-term reliability of the electric pump and second is having access to 240VAC to inflate it when camping for example in isolated areas. So this mattress with manual inflation suited my purpose. It also has a detachable screw off plug which allows you to deflate the mattress much faster and more efficiently because the exit hole is much larger than the entrance hole. Of course the acid test will be how long it lasts without developing holes, splits or leaks etc, too early to tell, but the wall material appears reasonably robust. No regrets so far.
