Blooms Herb-a-Lax Capsules

Blooms Herb-a-lax is a gentle, yet effective combination of senna leaf, buckthorn bark, psyllium, dill seed and liquorice root powder to form a natural herbal laxative.

Psyllium provides a great source of fibre and along with liquorice root powder has a gentle soothing action on the bowel.

Dill seed has a carminative action on the bowel and helps settle intestinal distress and bloating.

DOSAGE:

Adults: Three-quarters to one level teaspoon with water or fruit juice before retiring.
Children: Start with no more than one half level teaspoon increasing to adult dosage if necessary.
