The secret of the brewing process is in the addition of a permanent stainless steel mesh filter which requires no paper filters or capsules allowing the free flow of the essential oils you love to taste in your freshly roasted coffee. For a deeply evocative brew place the desired amount of ground coffee beans in the filter then add boiling water to suit the desired intensity of your coffee. In 2 3 minutes you will be ready to pour and your hands will be protected from excess heat by the heat resistant silicone grip at the neck of the flask.Clean up is taken care of with a rinse of the filter and the carafe can be simply and hygienically cleaned in the dishwasher on the top shelf.
