The extremely sharp blades of the German-made Borner V5 PowerLine Slicer Basic Set make it easy to evenly slice any fruit or vegetable, be it hard carrots or soft tomatoes. The height of the slicing insert can be adjusted so you can make slices with four thickness levels. With its matching safety food holder, every bit of your food gets sliced while keeping your fingers away from the blade.
