This is my second PV500, I purchased my first one as a much cheaper alternative to the Nilfisk back-vac and I was pleasantly surprised, even impressed by the quality and functionality of these machines, so much so that I decided to buy a second one as my business has expanded. It’s reliable, light and powerful enough to use for hours at a time, day in day out. The only complaint I have and change I would make is for the harness padding to be larger and thicker along the spine.

I like this product and am satisfied with the delivery but I am so sad about adding points to my Everyday Rewards, the promotion was about adding 800 points to my card but it did not happen, and adding points was the only reason for buying from this website. I hope I can solve my problem by customer service as soon as possible.
