Cafelat Barista Retro Green Robot Espresso Maker

The Robot is a small, high-quality manual coffee maker that makes delicious espresso. The Barista version has a pressure gauge system that measures the actual pressure inside the basket during extraction. It uses few parts, no complicated electronics and only premium materials like stainless steel – it is completely plastic-free. All you need is ground coffee, some hot water from a kettle and you are all set. The whole process is simple and takes just a few minutes – no need for any capsule machine and less plastic waste for the landfills. The Cafelat Robot also features a professional 58mm stainless steel filter basket and has a bottomless portafilter just like pro machines.

The Robot makes espresso shots only. You can then drink as straight espresso, add water to make an americano or even make milk drinks if you have a milk steamer. You can use fresh ground coffee with a professional basket, or you can use pre-ground coffee using the pressurized basket.

1. Add ground coffee to the basket. Use a Min. of 10g
2. Tamp the coffee using the tamper
3. Place the screen flat on top of the coffee
4. Add water just off the boil
5. Insert the portafilter into the machine and push the lever arms down slowly and steadily
