Car Dealz SinoTrack GSM Signal GPS TRACKER Tool is a small yet advanced GPS vehicle tracker that can be used to locate and track your car at anytime using your smartphone and the free iCar phone App. And not just cars … the SinoTrack can be used for tracking your boat, motorbike, houseboat, jet-ski, heavy machinery, tool trailer – in fact, anything with a battery! The SinoTrack uses GPS satellites to determine the exact location of the tracker and then uses the mobile phone network to transfer that location data directly to your smartphone. 

Our latest model SinoTrack ST-906 most importantly supports 3 more features according to our customers' feedback: 

1) Remote cut-off engine: Compel the vehicle to stop by breaking off the fuel connection;
2) Voice monitoring: It can listen to any sound in the car through your phone;
3) SOS Alarm: Press the external SOS button and it will send the alarm to the assigned control number.

And there are all sorts of reasons why you might need SinoTrack. It is not just a simple matter of preventing or detecting theft, although it is a very effective tool in that regard. You might want to keep track of your staff or loved ones while they are out on the road. You might want to know exactly where your friends or family are located while out in the boat, in case they get into difficulties and need assistance. Whatever your reason may be, you can rest assured that the SinoTrack will put your mind at ease.

 

How Does it Work? 
The SinoTrack uses GPS satellites to determine the exact location of the tracker and then uses the mobile phone network to transfer that location data directly to your smartphone. Using the free iCar App, your Android phone or iPhone will allow you to see where the tracker is located. You can also view where the tracker has been on previous days using the Location History feature. You can set up a Geofence or virtual boundary so that you will be alerted if the tracker goes out of that boundary. When you park your car or boat you can also activate the Parking Monitor and, you will receive an alert on your phone as soon as your tracker starts moving! You can add an unlimited number of trackers to your phone app, so you rest assured knowing all of your vehicles/toys are accounted for. 

You can even share your trackers location with others so multiple people will know where the tracker is located at anytime. This can only be done by sharing your tracker’s unique number and password, safeguarding you from anyone else being able to track it. People who you have given permission to share the tracking of your car or boat or?? can only view where the tracker is at the present time – they cannot set a Geofence or view History or turn on your Parking Monitor or change any other settings … only you as the primary owner can do that! 

How Much Does it Cost to Run? 
After purchasing your SinoTrack there are no ongoing subscription or management fees! So the only ongoing cost is the data usage on your SIM card and, in the case of the pre-fitted ALDI SIM card, that will be only about $15 per year! 

What warranty does it come with? 
We work hard to ensure the quality of our products are second to none and we will guarantee your SinoTrack for 12 months to be free from material and workmanship defects. Please hold on to your proof of purchase and contact us if any problems should arise. This warranty is available to the original owner of the product and is not transferable. We reserve the right to replace, repair or refund at our discretion and all costs associated with returning the product shall be borne by the customer seeking warranty. 

 

How Easy is it to Install? 
The SinoTrack has no external GPS or GSM/mobile phone network antennas so it can be installed pretty much anywhere. Installation is as simple as it gets, firstly you need to register your Aldi sim card at www.aldimobile.com.au/choose-activate/ (full instructions in the box), The SIM card has $5 prepaid credit on it that will generally last at least 3 months but the SIM card needs to be activated for the tracker to work. Although you can use SIM cards from other telcos we use the ALDI Telstra SIM card as it offers 12 month expiry on data usage and has very good coverage on the Telstra network. You can add credit to your SIM card at any time by simply logging on to your new ALDI account. Even with the most frequent location updates $15 credit should last a full year!


If you prefer to use an alternative SIM card such as Telstra mobile, Vodafone or Optus you can replace the pre-fitted SIM card with the SIM card of your choice. In these cases you may have to set up a new APN specific to the SIM card brand you are using and be aware that these telcos may charge you monthly fees as part of their data plans and this may be more expensive than the ALDI rate.


The physical installation of the SinoTrack unit is a breeze, with just a simple positive (+) and negative (–) two wire connection. Connect the RED (+) wire to a constant power supply and BLACK wire to Ground. We recommend not to mount the tracker under heavy metallic objects as it can interfere with the precision of the signal – under the dash near the windscreen is an ideal location that is effective and hard to find. WHAT can be returned?

All products sold by Car Dealz are covered by a minimum of 1 YEAR. Check the item description for accurate warranty information.

 

WHEN do items need to be returned by?

If returning due to a change of mind the items must not be installed and returned within 30 days of receiving. If outside the 30 day return period but before 4 months after purchase there is a 20% restocking fee and all items must be brand new. If returning for repair/replacement, goods should be returned within the warranty period. The 20% restocking fee may be higher depending on the condition and quality of the return.

 

WHERE do items need to be returned to?

Please contact us with details of the issue/return request and we will send you a return form that must be included and posted to the address on the form.

 

HOW do customers return items?

Car Dealz must first be contacted with details of the problem.

 

Packing materials?

We may or may not need all boxes and cables back. Please check with us before returning.

 

What is the returns process period?

Once we receive the goods back, they are externally and internally examined to match serial numbers with what was sent to you and to check if the issue is manufacturer fault, customer fault or no fault at all. The return process normally takes 1-2 weeks.

 

If I have a faulty item will Car Dealz send me a replacement then I can return the faulty item?

Unfortunately we need the unit back to inspect for damage and fault first. Often customer's will purchase a new item which we send out. Then when we receive the faulty one back as long as no fault was caused by the customer the amount on the recent purchase will be refunded by the same payment method.

How do I return an item?

We want you to love your Car Dealz product. We are happy to exchange or refund any part of your online order that you are not satisfied with (within 30 days, subject to terms and conditions). Car Dealz guarantees that all items sold are brand new (unless otherwise specified) and quality tested before shipment.

 

Our Warranty Policy

Car Dealz products are covered by a minimum 1 year warranty from the original purchase date. All items should be 'bench tested' before installation. Although all items are quality inspected before shipping some items may be mishandled during shipping and cause failure - we pack well to minimise this risk.

 

Return Authorisation Form

Following any repairs or replacement you will be covered by a minimum 1 month warranty or the remainder of your new product warranty, whichever is greater. If you do find a product purchased from Car Dealz becomes faulty within 12-months of your purchase, simply send the faulty part back for repair or replacement (at our discretion) along with a completed Return Authorisation Form as supplied by us. Non-manufacture faults (neglect, improper installation, misuse or incorrect service) and consumables are not covered by this warranty. If a non-manufacturing fault is found during Car Dealz inspection, Car Delaz will request from the purchaser the repair/inspection cost plus two way postage before the product is returned. Note. The limited Car Dealz warranty is not transferable and all warranties should be handled through the original purchaser. Car Dealz reserves the right to refuse warranty in such cases.

 

Our Returns Policy

If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it to us, provided the following conditions are met: You must return your order within 30 days of the dispatch date. The item/s must be unused/not installed. All accessories must be returned. If the item/s have been used a restocking fee may apply following a detailed inspection of the product to ensure: The item is from Car Dealz by checking the software serial numbers with our database. Internal/external damage has not been caused due to improper installation, misuse or incorrect service.

 

Making a Return

To return merchandise to our online store simply complete the Return Authorisation Form available by first emailing/messaging us with a detailed explanation of the problem and photos/videos if you think this will speed up our understanding of the problem. The completed form will need to be enclosed with your order, securely packed and posted back to the address on the Return Form provided by Car Dealz. Please ensure adequate postage is affixed, as Cash on Delivery returns will not be accepted. We also recommend you send your return back via a trackable method of postage, as Car Dealz will not be responsible for lost or missing parcels, and all goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

IMPORTANT Returns without a Return Authorisation form included will be returned to at the customer's expense.
