Features:
- Replacing the sacrificial anode every 3-5 years dramatically increases the life of your hot water system
Replacement procedure :
- 1. Isolate the water at mains and electricity
- 2. Remove plastic Cap from the top of the system (it differs from system to system but is very straight forward
- 3. Use a 27mm socket (or 1 1/16in) to undo the existing anode
- 4. Insert the new anode and tighten it up
- 5. Turn the water back on

Before signing for your items we recommend you opening and inspecting the packages to ensure all the items are in good condition.
If the product you receive has arrived damaged, it will be repaired, replaced or refunded at the discretion of oliandola.
If you notice any damage to your goods upon receipt, please notify the couriers and contact us ASAP with relevant images and evidence.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, and failure to install or use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions or failure to take reasonable care.
Please note returned products that are non-defective, are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit.
