The box itself even comes with gold foil lettering and trim to really stand out, as well as two unique designs, giving fans the choice to display their copy on either side. The tiles themselves, along with the new shine, are upgraded with brand-new illustrations and decorated with characters, though will still be completely compatible with all expansions. Longtime fans of Carcassonne would do well to keep a sharp eye out for any fun easter eggs within these newly decorated pieces. Warranty Claims & Returns
Most of our products are supported by a 12 month warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturer faults with the product. Some of our products may have a different warranty period, please check the Australian Warranty card/manual included with the product for details. Should an issue arise with your order, please contact us via your MyDeal Account to raise a warranty claim.

If a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us and our product support team will help you troubleshoot the issue to hopefully save you the hassle of having to return the product. If they're unsuccessful, we will provide a return authorisation & details to have the product repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the issue.

We test faulty goods to verify reported faults and will attempt to repair your product before replacing or refunding it. However, if the product is found to be working on arrival, you will be charged a re-delivery fee to have it sent back.

We suggest that you check the Manufacturer's/Publisher's website for support and/or patches & updates, to try and resolve your problem before submitting a warranty claim.
