They say black goes with anything, and the black ana-digi combo of the BGA141-1BD backs up those words.
With the BGA141 series, Casio decided to focus more on the classic elements of a watch. It cast aside the functions that take a lot of time to learn, and instead concentrated on aesthetics as well as ease of use.
The BGA-141-1B, at first glance, looks completely analogue, with a style and design bearing a striking resemblance to watches of years past. Look past that, however, and you’ll see a matching black digital part on the right hand side, shaped like a crescent. This has the digital time at the bottom, and a seconds counter at the top part of the crescent.
With lots of different modes, it’s sometimes confusing to remember what mode you’ve set the watch to. To make it easier for people, Casio included a mode indicator sub dial. That’s a small circular dial on the left hand side of the watch, with an arrow pointing at the different modes (such as stopwatch). This way you’ll know what mode you’re on.
The hour markers are much larger than most other watches, and they stick out as well, making it look as if they’re jumping out of the display. And if it gets too late at night, the LED Backlight lights up the analogue part, letting you see the time.
