How do I take Thavage for the best results?
If this is your first time using this pre-workout supplement, we recommend mixing one scoop in 300 mils of cold water and consuming 15 to 20 minutes before hitting the gym. If you are an experienced lifter and like a bigger energy hit, then you can do two scrips now which is the full serve of this product.
