Adjust the elastic strap to the desired size setting and ensure that the top part of the elastic strap has been fully pulled downwards between the first and second bars. |

We recommend that you stuff your Charlie Banana® Nappy with 2 inserts for longer outings, during nap time, and night time. Some children are heavier wetters than others. You can have one or two inserts in the pocket. Do not use any ointment, cream, or diaper rash cream while using Charlie Banana® Diapers. This will keep your inserts' absorption to its maximum performance. If you have any questions about this product, please contact us.
Care Instructions
Machine wash cold or warm wash to a maximum of 40℃. Use cloth nappy friendly detergent, only half of the recommended amount is needed. Do not use fabric softener or bleach. Do not iron. Tumble dry low or hang dry.
Tip
If you are hesitant about cloth nappies, try one during the night at first, as babies tend to not poo during the night. For easy clean up, top it up with a disposable liner, use disposable inserts when on the go.RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love your product and we hope you receive it in perfect condition. Occasionally, a product gets delivered that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If this happens please contact us as soon as possible with all the details of your order and your item, and we will be in touch to arrange the return and replacement if required. We undertake to replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition.
Battery Operated Devices
Before returning a battery operated product which you consider faulty, we require that you have tested your item with brand new quality batteries and not batteries from other devices. Most ‘faults’ are due to battery issues, such as the use or poor-quality batteries, mixing old and new batteries or batteries simply running flat. If you item is returned and found to be a battery issue, a return postage fee will apply for the return of the item to you.
If you have chosen the incorrect product we are happy to provide an exchange as long as the item is returned unused and in original packaging, within 14 days of purchase.
