To Use:
PMS Cramping:  Blend 3 drops of Clary Sage, 3 drops of Lavender with 10ml of carrier oil and massage into your abdomen.

Diffuse:  Add 4-6 drops of Clary Sage to your diffuser to help relax the mind and body.

Bath:
Mix 3 drops of Clary Sage with a carrier oil and add to a warm bath.
