Citrus, toast, chamomile, honey, bees wax and nori. Sourdough, barbequed lime, star fruit and raw cashew. Shows amazing purity with a saline texture, and oyster shell minerality followed by a complex finish. This wine pairs well with Cheddar and Gruyere Cheese.
Tyrrell's Special Release Verdelho 2022
An unwooded, early drinking style, the nose has an abundance of tropical fruits with an underlining spice. The palate is well balanced with a juicy fruit sweetness balanced by a bright acidity.
Penfolds Bin 51 Eden Valley Riesling 2022
Fresh and zesty. Citrus characters abound, lime juice noted. Flavoursome exotic fruits, feijoa, persimmon. There is a lovely drive to this wine, with mineral, mouth-watering/juicy mineral acidity. A wet stone/river pebble finish. Delicious now, with the promise of more to come.
Hardys HRB Shiraz 2019
A rich and powerful multi regional blend shiraz showing impressive depth of dark berry fruit flavour. Fresh and intense fruit flavours dominate this layered and elegant wine. Violets, black olive and chocolate notes add complexity.
Quinta Do Vallado Touriga Nacional Douro 2015
This wines has very concentrated flavours, with balsamic oak notes, red fruit and violet aromas. Casella Family Wines 1919 McLaren Vale Shiraz 2010
Deep purple red with some brick red hues. Chocolate, liquorice and spice aromas with a hint of charry oak. Rich, dark fruit aromas developing into layers of bitter chocolate, ripe plum and liquorice. This wine pairs well with beef, lamb game and poultry
