Shipping Details

We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays and the delivery time depends on your location and the product availability. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days depending on stock availability. Customers may receive products within 2-7 days. However, if you are in very remove areas, delivery may vary.

We offer returns (exchange and refund) given that it is within 10 days of purchase.

Change of mind returns

Change of mind returns are accepted, however a restocking fee of 7% per item applies. The customer will also need to cover the cost of return shipping. If these conditions are not met, the customer will be denied a refund/ exchange and the item will be returned to them at their own cost.
