Deep purple in colour and intrigue, this wine enchants with powerful aromas of blackberry and dark plum. Unmistakably a South AustralianCabernet Sauvignon, it has a soft yet compelling tannin profile. The palate has a bounty of fruitweight balanced by oak flavours of vanilla and mocha.

Dense with a bright red edge, there are dark brooding fruit aromas with hints of blueberry and choc-mint. The palate is medium-bodied with blue fruit and fine grained tannins for a very soft finish.

Busselton Boys Western Australia Cabernet Merlot 2019
In a nutshell A famed classic red blend from the Margaret River wine region in Western Australia. The vibrant palate displays flavours of plum, cassis and dark chocolate combined with cinnamon spice and subtle cigar box notes. This well balanced and classic Margaret River blend has fine, firm tannins that lead to a long and lingering finish.

Showing a lifted perfumed nose of blackcurrant and mulberry fruit and followed up by a lingering spicy chocolate oak character. Rich blackcurrant, blackberry fruit are upfront with hints of nutmeg oak flavours finishing the palate. Supple varietal tannins give classical framework and weight to the wine which finishes with lingering chocolate oak, velvety tannins and an elegant finish.

Hardys HRB Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
A concentrated and richly textured with layers of dark berry fruit flavours, cassis, green and dark chocolate. Notes of peppercorn, bay leaf, mint and sweet spice contribute to the complexity.

Ruby red. Plum, cherry with a hint of vegetal and herbaceous tones. Ripe berry fruits with soft and smooth tannins
