1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

It was my first experience with mydeal and it was awesome. The item itself is wonderful. It cools my 4x5m bedroom very well and fast. We have no issue with the noise, it was acceptable.
