Floor Spring Door Closer is a mechanical door closing device mostly used for glass doors along with patch fitting. Mostly used where both pull and push movement is required. Floor springs are used is in Interior doors of a Business park, Malls, Hospital building.

Floor Spring Door Closer Function - designed to hold the door open when the door is opened past 90 degrees. Simple pushing of the door towards the closed position, activates the closer and it also commences the closing action of the door.

• It is a universal non-handed floor spring for single and double action doors
• With adjustable closing speed and closing action from approx. 175°, with hydraulically controlled closing cycle and mechnical backcheck
• Integral pressure compensation feature allows for temperature-independent hold-open between 75° and 175° (removable)
• Hold-open start point and delayed action is easily adjustable by valve
• Suitable for installation on doors up to 950mm (W) with a max. 300kg leaf weight

• Recommended for floor springs exposed to wet conditions
• For filling the cavities between the floor spring body and the cement box to prevent moisture penetration (mandatory according to e.g. VOB regulations for wet rooms).

Notes-icon:

• The contents of the two tins (the basic fluid and the accelerator) are sufficient for one floor spring.

Warning-icon:

• Use compound immediately after mixing. Hardening process takes place after 20 minutes. After 24 hours the sealing compound is fully hardened.
