With a simple twist of the handle and a quick couple of seconds of your time, the Spadle transforms from a deep spoon to a straining ladle. It features a flexible silicone wedge at the tip of the _ cup capacity spoon which will not damage non-stick surfaces and can be used at temperatures up to 260°C. Marked with handy 100ml increments, the spoon can be used for measuring and when cooking or serving the well-designed handle acts as a built-in spoon rest. When you've scraped every last bit of flavour from your pan this amazing utensil can be popped into the dishwasher for a hygienic clean.
