Apply Dynamat Xtreme to your vehicle’s resonant surfaces and enjoy improved clarity, loudness and bass response from your car stereo. High-performance Dynamat Xtreme is lighter than Dynamat Original, four times more effective, requires no heat to apply and is recommended for vehicle tops, sides and contoured areas. Dynamat Xtreme is coated with aluminum for high temperature areas such as firewalls and floors. Depending on your needs, choose Dynamat Xtreme in either application-specific kits (pre-cut material in appropriately-sized pieces) or in sheets you can cut to fit.
Kit contains nine 18? x 32? pieces of Dynamat Xtreme for rear decks, doors, floors and trunk floors. Unlike Dynamat Original, Dynamat Xtreme is also recommended for trunk lids, roofs, quarter panels and under-hood installations.

Dynamat Xtreme keeps the noise out, so you'll hear more music using less power — effectively increasing your amplifier's output! This sheet metal vibration damping material (a butyl composite with a layer of aluminum) conforms and fuses to automotive body surfaces such as floor pans and doors.
The 10455 bulk kit includes 9 sheets of Dynamat Xtreme, for a total of about 36 square feet (a car door requires about 5 square feet). Designed especially for high-temperature areas and high sound pressure level situations, Dynamat Xtreme offers four times the damping power of Original Dynamat, thanks to its energy-reflective aluminum layer.

Applications
Dynamat Xtreme can be die cut to shape and placed onto the body surface directly on painted panels or after the sheet metal is cleaned before painting (typically at the sealer application operation). Dynamat Xtreme is used to treat metal panels, partitions, ducts, doors, bins, panels, and so forth in railroad cars, buses, automobiles, and ships. It is also used for ventilation ducts, relay cabinets, steel furniture, home appliances, sink units, computer equipment, machine tools and many other objects that suffer from vibration-produced noise.
Installation
Use scissors, knife or die to cut Dynamat Xtreme to the desired size and shape before removing the release liner. Next, remove dust, grease, moisture, and other foreign matter from the application surface. Peel off the release liner. The simplest application technique is to bend the mat slightly and attach it along its shortest edge. Press the mat firmly into place, using a roller for larger pieces. The roller reduces the risk of leaving air pockets, which reduce Dynamat's sound damping capacity. The temperature of the mat and application surface should not be below room temperature during fitting. Heating the material is not necessary.

Changing your mind / purchasing the wrong product by mistake

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have purchased the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy. (excludes special order items).

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a refund to your account based on the value paid at the time of purchase.

to supply the correct product the incorrect product will first need to be returned to us;
we will need to be notified within 7 days of purchase / delivery;
the incorrect product supplied must be in a sealed / unopened condition.

Incorrectly supplied products

If you have been accidentally supplied the wrong product, F Digital can supply the correct product (where it is available) or issue a refund.

In order to supply the correct product, the incorrect product will first need to be returned to us. F Digital can arrange a return ticket to send the incorrect product back by courier.

In this scenario we will need to be notified within 7 days of purchase / delivery and the incorrect product supplied must be in resalable / unused condition.

Products damaged in transit

If your product has been damaged during transit to your delivery address an investigation will be conducted. Once the investigation has reached a conclusion and it is determined the product has been damaged in transit we will offer a refund.

Please contact us ASAP. We will then advise you to visit your nearest Australia Post Office so that they can investigate the damage. You will need to keep all packaging so that their team are able to make a fair assessment.

Products that are faulty within the warranty period

If your product is faulty or has stopped working as intended and is still within the warranty period specified when you purchased your product, F Digital will repair or or issue a refund.

In order to repair or issue a refund for your faulty product, it will need to be returned to us so we can test and confirm that it is faulty. For some products you may also be able to contact the manufacturer directly to arrange a repair / replacement.

Returns of this nature can be made any time within the warranty period and it is your responsibility to cover any costs of returning the product to us.

Testing fees and return freight

If you return a product to us that is not faulty, you may be liable for a testing fee and freight charges to return the product to you.

Returns may take approximately 4 weeks to arrive back with our returns team in NZ to process.

Restocking fees

In some special circumstances, we may agree (at our discretion) to accept a return of a product that is not faulty. In these situations there will be a handling fee equal to at least 20% of the purchased price. Delivery, service and assembly fees are not refunded at all.
