The item must be returned in original re-salable condition with all tags and packaging.
Item/s must NOT be opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in perfect condition when we receive them.
Photos and/or videos of the item may also be requested to assist in the return process. Any customer returns directly to the postage address without RA number will not be refunded.
Please allow us one week to process after the package is returned and be noted that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

I love the product I have bad legs and cant did like I used too so I sit on a small stool I was able to dig up plant I want to move and the auger drill made it so easy that I order another 3 80mm x 300 for xmas present but unfortunately mydeal lost that order I also ordered 4 auger 80mm x 600 hole digger but that order arrived So I never got my order and lost my $68.96 I dont know you they gave my orders too But I do love my plant digger They said it was delivered but it went to someone in Bairnsdale Vic
