I’m very pleased with the quality of the products received (Synology NAS and HDDs) but I was very unhappy not to be able to contact MyDeal about the time between my first every purchase and notification of despatch (original email was from a “no reply” email address and I could not find a suitable contact email address.

This product was easy and quick to set up and arrived promptly without fuss or bother. I am Totally new with NAS, but I got it running without much problem. Great for what I wanted to store my Photos and view them where ever I am.
