I have mixed feelings about my experience with MyDeal. Purchased a new iPad Air and it is exactly as intended. However, I had no idea when ordering that the iPad would come from Hong Kong and take a week to arrive. Also that it would include an Asian power adapter rather than one suitable for Australian power points, so I can't use it. If you are ordering from an Australian retailer MyDeal then you should get Australian suitable power adapters. This part of my experience was very disappointing.

Bit disappointed not as good a quality technically wise as previous reconditioned ones lve bought from MyDeal.

Quite happy with it at the moment as I have just given it to my granddaughter for her 8th birthday with the child protection on it It also arrived in good condition so extremely thankful for that. Plus it arrived very quickly 👍🏽

The iPad was in top condition, for a refurbished item. No scratches, or marks what so ever! The only issue we had was the slow delivery. 3 to 5 days turned into over a week, due to poor handling by Australia Post!
