Add in an Espro paper filter to make a cleaner, brighter cup of pour over style coffee. It’s still rich and crisp, but lacks that heavy body and makes for a smoother mug.

Drop in your favorite loose leaf tea and brew like normal. Once you press down the filter, the tea leaves become separated entirely, so even if the water’s still hot, the leaves won’t keep extracting.
