12 month manufacturers repair or replacement warranty on manufacturing defects. Does not include misuse, application in a commercial situation, normal wear and tear, affects of weathering and/or storage. Restrictions apply for resale. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably forseeable loss or damage. Returns Policy only applies to products sold by ECO Imports P/L on Yardgames It does not apply to products sold by third parties, where third parties may be retailers, wholesalers or other merchants. These third parties are responsible for all faults and returns of goods.

You may return products that meet each of the following criteria:

Have the original invoice attached

Are in their original packaging

Are not used.

Are not damaged due to unpacking or misuse.

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error - for example an incorrect item shipped.
