A revolutionary nail strengthening system to strengthen, repair and protect the natural nail from within.
IBX Strengthen (10.4ml)
A penetrating toughening agent that fuses together the nails top layers, to boost strength and create a solid foundation under nail enhancements (gel or lacquer). This professional nail treatment, can also be used on natural nails to strengthen the nail as it grows out, leaving you with healthy, longer nails.
IBX Repair (7.4ml)
An intense treatment to repair damaged, weak and thin nails. This surface based treatment is used in conjunction with IBX Strengthen and improves and protects the integrity of the nail plate under a gel polish enhancement. IBX Repair can also be applied to visibly damaged and weak areas of the nail that prevent nails from growing by sealing the area together to promote growth.
Applying the IBX SYSTEM requires a heat source. We recommend one of these three options:
After you penetrate the product into the upper layers of the nail plate with gentle heat, the IBX SYSTEM will require curing with either an LED or UV style lamp. Cure time should be based on the lamp manufacturer’s suggested cure time for their gel polish colour coat.
Always start with a clean bare nail that has been filed and shaped. For Damaged delaminated nails or nails with visible white spots, buffing the surface smooth is not necessary and can cause thinning of the natural nail.
REPAIR APPLICATION
Use REPAIR on damaged nails, and only when needed. Do not buff peeling nails prior. Severe ridges and delamination use REPAIR twice.
REPAIR cannot be used alone, must be used with strengthen.

IBX STRENGTHEN FIRST APPLICATION
When doing a clients first treatment, you will need to apply IBX Strengthen twice.
Now you are ready to do your manicure using lacquer, gel, dip, or any other enhancements as you normally would. Remember: IBX does not replace your Gel Polish or your natural nail base coat!

Where your item needs to be sent via courier, we will require your phone number. We cannot book courier deliveries without a valid daytime phone number for the recipient.
Dangerous Goods
All Dangerous Goods are shipped through a specialised and dedicated Dangerous Goods Road Service.
Please note - Items designated as Dangerous Goods cannot be shipped via an express or air carrier delivery services, which may result in additional transit days for regional or remote areas.
Colour Disclaimer
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display colours. Please keep in mind that the actual colour may view differently on your screen. If the item has a colour swatch, we have in most cases professionally edited and colour matched to the range, please use them as a guide only. If you need any clarification, please contact us prior to purchasing. If your order arrives and you are not satisfied with the colour, you can send it back using our returns policy - please note that we cannot accept returns for goods that have been opened.
Delivery Failures
In the event a consignment is returned to us because:
An incorrect address was provided by you
You failed to collect it from the Post Office or local depot where relevant
You were unavailable to sign for delivery
You refused the delivery
The courier could not access the property
You provided an Authority to Leave, but there was no clear safe location at the delivery point for the parcel to be left
A re-delivery fee will be calculated to your delivery address and required to be paid prior to re-dispatch.
In the event of a delivery failure as described above, where you then request a refund, we will deduct the original shipping cost already paid by The Beauty Domain to the delivery contractor from the amount you are refunded.
WARRANTY POLICY
All electrical products come with an Australian/New Zealand compliant plug (AS/NZS 3112) and a minimum of 12 months warranty. Please see each product page for specific warranty information.
RETURNS POLICY
We understand that you might need to return something to us for a number of reasons. Before any returns will be accepted or processed, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product before sending anything back. This is necessary to ensure the correct procedure is followed so the process is as quick and easy as possible.
Items must be returned to us via tracked postage or courier. Without a verifiable tracking number, you accept full risk of the item not reaching us. Returns not received by us will not qualify for replacement or refund.
1. You changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else or decided you don't like the product
2. The item arrived damaged or missing something
3. The item is faulty
