HANDLING TIME
We aim to pick and pack all orders from our warehouse within 2 business days (Monday- Friday). Orders placed on weekends or (Victorian) public holidays will be processed from the next business day. You’ll receive an email when we have shipped your order, or for pick-up, when it is ready to be collected.
DELIVERY POLICY
Home Delivery orders will be sent to street addresses only, we DO NOT deliver internationally or to PO Boxes, although orders placed from overseas can be delivered within Australia.
DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL
We use a wide range of distribution channel to ensure orders are delivered as quickly as possible. All home delivery orders are delivered on weekdays by either Australia Post, Fastway, Interparcel, Temando or E-go. In all circumstances, once your order is dispatched an email will be sent to you with a tracking number and URL link to the relevant carrier to track your order
DELIVERY ACCEPTANCE
All home delivery orders require a signature upon delivery. Once your parcel has been signed for, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your items. If there's no authorised person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with instructions indicating if you need to call to arrange another delivery time or that the parcel has been re-directed to the nearest Courier depot. It will then be your responsibility to collect the goods from the designated depot or to arrange for re-delivery at your own expense.
Unused items in their original packaging may be refunded or exchanged within thirty days of purchase.
