Q: Why the language prompted on the screen is Chinese or other languages?
A: The app for the camera is YI loT. You need to select your country or region when registering your app account and logging in to the app.
Q: Why the camera cannot recognize the QR code during the process of configuring Wi-Fi?
A: Please make sure that your Wi-Fi password does not exceed 20 digits. It is recommended to use English letters + number combination;
Please make sure that you are connecting to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as the camera does not support 5GHz signals;
Place the QR code of the app interface in front of the camera within the distance of 10-20cm, and wait until you hear a voice prompt of the camera.

Warranty & Returns Policy
All products from BetterHome come with a 12-month warranty. The warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyers part.
Please contact us to return the defective items for exchange during the warranty period. We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) for each item that needs returning. We do not accept the returns without first requesting an RMA number.
The items should be returned with our original packaging. The defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, no replacement or exchange will be made. The buyers must contact us for the return address for all return products.
Only partial refund will be completed upon receipt of the returned item if the return is a result of buyer's error. We cannot offer free shipping for the buyers who placed the incorrect order. The buyers are responsible for all the actual shipping cost.
In all cases, the return shipping fees are at buyers own cost to return the items for the exchange or the refund. We are responsible for the postage of the replacements.
