This product seemed too good to be true, but I gave mydeal.com.au a go! I purchased this king size bed frame. To my surprise being first time buyer I was asked to verify to make sure I was not a fraudulent buyer. A small refund went back into my account and I had to call with the amount refunded so the order could go ahead. This is a once off thing apparently as I'm a first time buyer! There isn't many people in the call centre so be kind and understanding when you call them as they keep the prices low so we don't have to pay more for them to put more staff on to answer our calls. I was provided a tracking number online and who it was sent via what was hunter express for me as I'm in NSW and mydeal is in Melbourne VIC. The shipping was actually pretty fast for such a large item and it arrived !!! Yay Opened it up and started to assemble, it was amazing quality for what I paid. Took awhile as I misplaced the instructions but it's a very strong bed! And looks great ! So I highly recommend mydeal.com.au and this bedframe and I remind you it is cheaper then the shops because they try to keep the prices low for us! So be understanding when you call mydeal.com.au you will most likely get a lovely lady who is Scottish not Irish to my poor judgment on accents haha. So over all this bedframe is so nice and strong, for the price I'm so happy!
