After finally deciding to buy myself this bed after months of putting other things ahead of myself you could only imagine the disappointment and heartbreak when I opened the box only to Find the bed head had been snapped completely down the middle in transit due to obviously not been packed correctly and something hitting it with such force. Being a Friday night and no one available to Monday only made my situation worse at the time but once Monday arrived the service i received from my deal Customer support and tommy Swisse was great. They quickly rectified the issue and a new bed head was dispatched immediately! The process was all done with ease and not once was I made to feel at fault nor was that insinuated which seems to be rare these days from a lot of companies. Bed is all together and my initial feelings of regret are completely gone and I’m so happy with my purchase and never want to get out of it :)
