FUJIFILM XF 1.4x TC WR Teleconverter
Extend the reach of your XF 50-140mm f/2.8 R LM OIS WR and XF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 R LM OIS WR lenses with the XF 1.4x TC WR Teleconverter from FUJIFILM. The X-mount converter magnifies the image by 1.4x. It retains full communication between the lens and body, enabling metering, autofocus, and image stabilization, and the transmission of EXIF data. Additionally, the teleconverter is designed to maintain the weather resistance of the entire FUJIFILM system with a sealed construction that reduces the chances of dust, water, or even cold from affecting performance.
The teleconverter’s high-grade metal exterior has been designed with the X system in mind. The two products appear as one single lens when attached to a compatible FUJINON lens. Using the teleconverter with a weather-resistant camera and lens, such as the "FUJIFILM X-T1" premium mirrorless camera and the "FUJINON LENS XF50-140mmF2.8 R LM OIS WR", does not affect the weather resistance of the system. Thanks to mirrorless cameras’ “Live View” Contrast Detection autofocus, shooting at minimum aperture values is still possible despite the f-stop being increased by mounting the teleconverter. Also, accurate focusing at super-telephoto focal lengths with shallow depth of field is possible thanks to the AF performed by the image sensor.
