Fume Extractor Portable Welding Fume Extraction System Single Arm 240V KSJ-0.7S
The KSJ-0.7S is an economical compact mobile single arm 240 volt (10amp) fume extraction unit capable of filtering an area of up to 8 square metres. The unit is constructed from high quality sheet metal and is easily manoeuvrable due to its 4 heavy duty lockable caster wheels. The machine is suited for the purification of fumes and dust generated by welding and grinding. The suction arm is easily rotatable 360 degrees and can be put in place by easily pulling the handle on the hood to the desired work area.
When in use the fumes and dust will be extracted into the hood and the first step is through the fire resistance net. This net intercepts and separates large particles and sparks caused by grinding and welding. The fume then enters the deflector which stops large sparks entering directly into the main filter. The final stage is when the fumes are passed through the third layer of the filter cartridge which optimises the fumes purification by greater than 99.8%. This filtering is critical because 98.9% of the contaminants generated are in the Nano particle range <400um and these alveolar particles can cause cancer.
Our filters have been independently tested to ISO:EN779:2012 and can remove greater than 99.8% of these Nano particles.
The filtering process is high enough to meet indoor emission standards, the filtered air is discharged through the air vent at the bottom of the fume extractor.
The KSJ-0.7S is a compact unit and ideal for tight spaces. It measures 510mm x 610mm x 990mm and weighs only 98kg. The standard arm length is 2m. The machine features a compressed air inlet valve as well as a removable dust drawer for cleaning of the filter to prolong filter life.

WARRANTY POLICY
We offer a 12-month warranty on all products used for private household use and a 3-month warranty for commercial use from the date of purchase. Please refer to the individual product listing for specific warranty terms and period.
Warranty cover does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions.
Warranty is considered void if there is mishandling product during transportation after pickup or truck delivery to the buyer's premises.
Warranty Process:
You must produce the original invoice or other proof of purchase document disclosing the purchase date.
All costs of return postage, transport and freight, travelling expenses, hiring tools, labors in fitting parts are paid by the customers.
Parts purchases, consumable components, and accessories )such as hoses, clutches, spray guns, brass head pumps, blades, tines, etc.) are not covered by our standard warranty once used. If you have an issue with parts or consumable components please contact us to discuss a resolution prior to using the item.
RETURNS POLICY
You may return an item for a refund within 30 days of delivery; all you need to do is ship the item back to us. Refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected.
Faulty Product
Please contact us as soon as possible if you have received a faulty product. We will need to assess whether the fault is a major or minor fault and will either arrange for the product to be repaired or replace. Some manufacturers require us to send fault items to them for assessment before we can give you a replacement.
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned at buyer's cost in new condition (not being used) and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way). Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from our customer service.
Customer Service
Please note that you must comply with all return instructions provided to you via phone or your registered email address. All returns must be directed through Customer Service. If you do without instructions, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your returns may not be accepted.
When a return is authorized, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return process. Failure to do so may affect the ultimate resolution to be offered, which may include repairs, or replacement items at our discretion.
Applicable freight fees plus a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases where you have changed your mind and wish to return your product. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit.
