In a fine fusion of East and West, the Furi Pro Asian Utility Knife has been designed by professional chefs and engineers to deliver precise control of your paring, peeling and slicing tasks. The fine wide blade has scalloped features which help stop food sticking to the sides of the blade, releasing food readily as you cut. Crafted from excellent Japanese stainless steel, this versatile knife is forged in a single piece and has no entry point for bacteria. The reverse-handle grip is ergonomically designed for use with either hand without slipping and the balance is exceptional.
