I bought on line, not seeing any information that they were flat packed - rather time-consuming. After the rain I had to empty rusty water from the inside of the frames, which was messy and unexpected. I like the style and they are OK. Reasonable value. I bought 10 - I ordered 8 and somehow an extra order for 2 more went through. It was more trouble to try and cancel - so I have 10 chairs and they will be OK outdoors. I will spray them with fish oil to stop the rust inside. Or if the maker has any suggestions ???

Bought this for my elderly mother for outside in our BBQ area, she loves it, I sat in it and was surprised with how comfortable it was, easy for my Mum to get out of.
