1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

The instructions could be a little more detailed, but the pain of putting it together was totally worth it. The chairs are super comfy and very stylish-love it!
