Christmas cut off:
Please order by 14th December for the best chance of delivery before Christmas.
Dispatch closure
Our warehouse is closed on 22nd December to 8th January. Please allow additional days for delivery for orders placed during this period.
Change of Mind Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within the timeframes outlined below to receive a full refund, exchange or credit (excluding shipping fees).
We do not offer change of mind returns for products reduced to clear.
The product must be in brand new & unused condition and in the state you received it, preferably in the original packaging. Of course, we understand that the product can be taken out of the packaging to see if it is according to your expectations. However if the product is damaged during opening, assembly or trial, there is a chance that you won't get the full refund or credit.
Please contact us via your MyDeal Account for return approval. Once received and inspected, we will facilitate an agreed resolution.

Warranty Claims:
All of our products come with a Manufacturer's Warranty, minimum of 12 months. Many of our products come with 2, 3 or 5 year warranties.
