This handcrafted and delicately smoked gin was created in conjunction with the Margaret River Hemp Co and is produced from locally cultivated organic hemp hearts. When combined with well-selected botanicals, the smoking process adds a level of complexity that results in a distinctively contemporary style of Gin. Juniper grounds the gin, while nutty hemp caresses the palate and lingers long after the smoke has passed. On a smokey background, juniper, roasted sesame, orange, and nut are dominant tastes. One part gin to two parts high-quality tonic is the best combination. Over ice, pour the gin and top with tonic. Garnish with a bay leaf, white grapefruit, and chili.
