The Gitzo GK2545T-82QD Series 2 Traveler Carbon Fiber Tripod with Center Ball Head with the 180° leg folding mechanism pioneered by Gitzo, are now even stronger with the state of the art "Carbon eXact" tubes. "Traveler G-lock", a new leg lock system dedicated to Traveler Tripods, is compact but strong and ergonomic.

The GT2545T Series 2 Traveler Carbon Fiber Tripod, with the 180° leg folding system pioneered by Gitzo, makes more efficient use of folded space by accommodating the centre column and head in between the folded tripod legs. They are now even stronger with the state of the art Carbon eXact tubes, more space-efficient with the compact Traveler G-lock, more professional with the smooth and precise heads, and easier to carry with the supplied shoulder strap.
The Gitzo GT2545T Series 2 Traveler Carbon Fiber Tripod Series 2 tripod GT2545T has the largest tube diameters among Traveler tripods. It is much taller than its predecessor thanks to the space-efficient Traveler G-lock. Recommended for use with 200 mm lenses (300 mm maximum), it is ideal for photographers using longer lenses or requires the highest stability. The feet are interchangeable with Gitzo's optional feet, such as spikes and large feet.
Carbon eXact tubes are stiffer than the predecessors' Carbon 6X tubes, as they include HM (High Modulus) carbon fibre, and have larger tube diameters.
Traveller G-lock is a new, compact leg lock system dedicated to Traveler Tripods. Its space efficiency makes it possible to have taller tripods with compact folded lengths. The new, curved external form gives good grip, while the internal O-ring achieves softer operation and reduces dust and grit entering the locks
Series 1 has the perfect balance between lightweight when carrying, and height and rigidity when shooting. The 4 section Traveler is much taller than its predecessor thanks to space efficient Traveler G-lock
Convenient switching between carrying and shooting
The Gitzo GH1382QD Series 1 Center Ball Head is engineered and designed focusing on ultimate smoothness and precision of the movement and locking. Despite its slim design, it is fully featured including the friction control knob positioned inside the ball locking knob. The head can be removed easily to attach other heads on the tripod's upper disc, but it is recommended to use the GH1382QD head to ensure perfect fitting of the head between the folded legs.
The Center Ball Head is an Arca-type compatible head that has a separate lock for the 360° panning and another to control the movement of the ball. A tungsten disulphide coating on the ball helps keep the ball movement smooth and minimizes stick-slip. A screw-knob lock tightens down on the included quick-release plate and a bubble level helps you maintain straight horizons in your images. To allow for precise adjustments, a friction control dial is integrated into the large locking knob.
All orders are delivered using Australia Post (or their sub-contracted courier services).

All digiDirect parcels require a signature upon delivery. An "Authority to Leave" will not be accepted under any circumstances. However, If you are not in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card and your parcel will be returned to your local post office for collection. Government recognised photo I.D. displaying your address must be presented along with your "Attempted Delivery" card upon pick up.

When submitting a return after speaking to one of our customer support team members, please make sure to include ALL original packaging, contents etc.
Depending on the situation and if the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt or email order confirmation.
