Order Processing Times
Please note that our order processing times are separate from the shipping times displayed at checkout. We typically process orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Please be aware that during high volume periods, such as sales or holidays, there may be delays in processing times. Additionally, postal service disruptions or other issues outside of our control may also impact delivery times.
Delivery Address
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Options
For orders with calculated shipping rates: The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For all standard orders we also offer free shipping for orders over $120. All orders under $120 are charged a flat fee of $14.90 Australia wide.
International Shipping
Currently we do not ship internationally.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your shipment simply go to the chat button and click where’s my order? Enter your order number and you will immediately see where it is in the delivery path.
Our Refunds Policy:
If you change your mind, you may return your item within our normal return period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Full Terms and Conditions:
items must be returned in as new condition (the product must be returned in the original packaging, accessories included)
proof of purchase is required
you must pay for the postage to our warehouse
refunds need to be applied to the same payment method used for the original purchase of the item(s) being returned;
Online orders cannot be exchanged via the reply paid address
Please also note: We will require photos of any item(s) that arrive in less than perfect condition.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.

How can I return an Online order?
Please contact Glow Collection Customer Service and provide the following information:
Online order number;
Full name;
Email Address used for the order;
Photos of the item(s) if they arrived in less than perfect condition;
Customer Service will usually respond within 1 business day and advise next steps. Please refer to the Refund Policy above for full terms and conditions.
Can I exchange an Online order?
We do not exchange items.
What is the standard Warranty period?
Any Glow Collection, a product that is faulty or not of acceptable quality may be entitled to an exchange or refund under the Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law.
Please Note: These consumer guarantees do not apply where the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse. Please refer to our Refund Policy above or contact Glow Collection Customer Service.
