Returns Policy

A credit will be issued on all justifiable returns. The office should be notified of returns promptly. This is usually within 24 hours of delivery. Returns should be made within 14 days. Product can be returned to Australian Natural Medicines with courier or post.

All returns need to be packed appropriately to ensure they arrive in a saleable condition.

We will accept credits for:
