When pictures are taken in broad daylight, the sky is often over-exposed and the glare can spill over to the ground elements. To correct this, graduated filters come to the rescue by balancing the distribution of light to avoid underexposed sections. By doing so, it also complements tones and enhances image detail. All orders are delivered using Australia Post (or their sub-contracted courier services).

All digiDirect parcels require a signature upon delivery. An "Authority to Leave" will not be accepted under any circumstances. However, If you are not in attendance at the time of delivery, the driver will leave an "Attempted Delivery" card and your parcel will be returned to your local post office for collection. Government recognised photo I.D. displaying your address must be presented along with your "Attempted Delivery" card upon pick up.

According to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Please keep this is mind and purchase with care, as we can not guarantee to accept your change of mind return request.
However, you may still be entitled to a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

When submitting a return after speaking to one of our customer support team members, please make sure to include ALL original packaging, contents etc.
Depending on the situation and if the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt or email order confirmation.
