Returns Policy

We are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, please note the following terms applicable.

  • You must return your purchase item within 14 days of delivery.
  • The items must not have been used and should be in unsoiled condition, complete with all attached tags, the original packaging and the receipt.

In case, you do not have the receipt, your merchandise can only be exchanged or better still, a Gift Voucher/ credit note can be issued to you. Please note that we will not make a refund for goods that have been damaged or washed. Courier the item with the return sticker provided inside.
