Warranty & Returns Policy
All products from BetterHome come with a 12-month warranty. The warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyers part.
Please contact us to return the defective items for exchange during the warranty period. We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) for each item that needs returning. We do not accept the returns without first requesting an RMA number.
The items should be returned with our original packaging. The defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, no replacement or exchange will be made. The buyers must contact us for the return address for all return products.
Only partial refund will be completed upon receipt of the returned item if the return is a result of buyer's error. We cannot offer free shipping for the buyers who placed the incorrect order. The buyers are responsible for all the actual shipping cost.
In all cases, the return shipping fees are at buyers own cost to return the items for the exchange or the refund. We are responsible for the postage of the replacements.

This Thermometer allow temperatures to be taken without touching the person. during these uncertain times and social distancing this no contact thermometer is the best for taking daily temperatures without physical contact.

I received my purchase today and I must say how very disappointed I am with the length of time it took from first ordering to actually receiving. Despite the packaging being slightly damaged the thermometer itself was in good condition and worked well. However, I felt it was somewhat overpriced at $99.99 and didn’t include batteries.
