What are the differences between Synchro and other basic models?
Synchro series applies an innovative material -- Graphene -- on the outer layers, while using Titanium on the inner layers. All together each Happycall frying pan has 11 layers, with Graphene, Aluminium (97% purity) and Titanium mixed together.
The invention of the Noble Prize material, Graphene, made the detachable design possible thanks to its strong, thin and high heat conductive nature.

Special Graphene Exterior Coating
It is touted as a miracle material --- the thin and one-atom thick substance is the lightest, strongest, thinnest material known to man. It is also the best heat and electricity conductor ever discovered.
Graphene's high resistivity allows for durable coatings that do not crack easily and are resistant to water and oil; its excellent electrical and thermal conductivity can be used to make a very strong barrier and contributes to an extraordinary anti-oxidant and scratch-resistant coating.
Premium Class Titanium Coating
Titanium is a lustrous transition metal with low density and high strength. It is even resistant to corrosion in sea water.
Titanium can be alloyed with iron and aluminium to produce strong and lightweight alloys for cookware. It can be widely used for agri-food, medical prostheses, orthopedic implants and dental implants, which proves its high safety standard for cookware.
Excellent durability and corrosion resistance keeps the coating strong when cooking hot, salty and spicy foods.

Warranty Policy
We warrants our products are free from defects in material and craftsmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
What is not covered?
This warranty does not cover damage due to accidents (including overheating), misuse or commercial use, improper cleaning, neglect, and does not cover staining, discolouration, or scratching of the non-stick finish and the porcelain enamel or stainless steel interior and exterior. Damage caused by the use of cooking sprays, bleach or overheating are not covered by this warranty. Minor imperfections and slight colour variations are normal. This warranty does not include Vacuum Pot and Double Pan parts subject to replacement such as gaskets and handles. Dishwasher effects and damages are not covered under the warranty. Using scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleansers, or metal utensils on any product will invalidate your warranty.
Who is covered?
This warranty is extended only to the original end-use purchaser, or the person receiving the product as a gift, and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee. If the product was not purchased new from an authorised dealer, distributor, or representative of the manufacturer, this warranty is null and void. Proof of purchase in Australia is required.
What will we do?
Defective items will be replaced free of charge, or replaced by a similar product or one of equivalent value if the product is no longer in production.

In the event you want to exchange, simply send back the unwanted items and we will post you an exchanged item. Please note that you will cover your own return shipping cost.
Exchange will only be accepted within 14 days from receipt.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of thermal products, such as jugs, flasks and cups.
