This massage mat is great, the best $150 I’ve ever spent! The neck massager has kneading so it helps if you get a sore neck from poor posture and it has multiple modes. The full mat has heat and vibration massage which has multiple settings to choose from and goes for up to 30mins at a time. Great if you have back, neck and leg pain as it does your entire body at once. I use it most days due to having chronic pain. My neck has had a lot less pain since I got it and my muscles in my body just feel looser as well. It’s not too bulky or hard to move. You can use it on a lounge, recliner or in a bed. Was delivered fast also.

I'd been thinking about getting something like this for a while. Overall I'm pleased with the product but the soft and hard bristles seem to be transposed and it's not as effective as I'd hoped it would be.

this works as described, but the neck area is too high for my height (5'3") and too low for my husband (6'), so not ideal, but we have found some work arounds, so all in all it is ok for the price
